TASTING NOTES
Color: medium-deep ruby red
Bouquet: Intense and elegant nose of ripe dark fruit, cherry and plum, with sweet spices such as ginger and anise, and subtle oak use.
Taste: On the palate dry, medium to full-bodied, with a rounded structure and elegant tannins, supported by a nice freshness and a rather long, broad spicy finish.
Recommended pairings: eggplant parmigiana, beef tenderloin with green pepper, grilled crusted roast beef, roasted lamb with potatoes and herbs, semi-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C
